WHY:  This action is for the renewal of Title V Operating Permit (TVOP) No. 23-00119 for ETMT’s Marcus Hook Terminal (MHT) facility. Under the
current TVOP, ETMT operates and maintains sources and equipment for and to support the natural gas liquids (NGLs) processing, storage, and distribution operations and petroleum products terminal services at the MHT. The requirements of previously-approved Plan Approval Nos. 23-0119J and 23-0119K for the installation and operation of new NGLs-related sources and equipment are incorporated into the TVOP by reference.

The DEP will be taking official public comments for the record. Individuals should register in advance to present testimony the day of the hearing. Oral testimony will be limited to 5 minutes per individual. Each organization is requested to designate one witness to present testimony on its behalf and time may not be relinquished to others. DEP requests that presenters bring two copies of written remarks to aid in the transcription of testimony. Detailed information about ways you can participate can be found at
