Phila. City Council Committee OKs bill to stop sending city trash to Reworld incinerator

The Philadelphia City Council Committee on the Environment on Monday, Nov. 17, heard from Chester and Philadelphia officials, envirinmental groups and Reworld executives on the proposal to stop sending Philadelphia trash to the incinerator.
