On March 19, Governor Josh Shapiro joined a lawsuit challenging the Trump Administration’s repeal of the Greenhouse Gas Endangerment Rule that authorized the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to regulate the emissions of greenhouse gases from power plants and vehicles into the atmosphere, contributing to global warming.
