DESCRIPTION:This biannual event hosted by the Delco Office of Sustainability and Facilities Department offers a chance for residents to recycle any yard sign for free (through our local recycling vendor partners) whereas yard signs typically have to be trashed. But we NEED YOUR HELP to make this event possible! Sign up for a shift-or two! SUMMARY:Newlin Grist Mill Habitat Stewards
DESCRIPTION:Help us make our park a better place for wildlife and people! The Habitat Stewards group meets once a month to work on outdoor tasks related to habitat restoration and species conservation. Projects vary by month but include things like invasive plant removal\, tree planting\, garden maintenance\, trail cleanup\, and outdoor classroom care. \nRemaining 2026 Habitat Stewards dates \n\nMay 30\nSeptember 26\nOctober 31\nNovember 28\nDecember 12\n\n1pm to 3pm. Pre-registration is required.
