DESCRIPTION:As a courtesy FYI\, the agenda for the Wednesday\, September 2\, 2026\, 3Q Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) Business Meeting is available at http://www.nj.gov/drbc/meetings/upcoming/. \nThe September 2\, 2026\, Business Meeting will include the following \n\nAdoption of the Minutes of the Commission’s June 11\, 2026\, business meeting\nAnnouncement of upcoming meetings and events;\nA report on hydrologic conditions;\nReports by the Executive Director and the Commission’s General Counsel; and\nConsideration of any items for which a hearing has been completed or is not required.\n\nThe agenda is expected to include consideration of the resolution and draft dockets for withdrawals\, discharges\, and other projects that are subjects of the public hearing on August 5\, 2026. There will be no opportunity for additional public comment for the record at the September 2 Business Meeting on items for which a hearing was completed on August 5 or a previous date. Commission consideration on September 2 of items for which the public hearing is closed may result in approval of the item (by docket or resolution) as proposed\, approval with changes\, denial or deferral. When the Commissioners defer an action\, they may announce an additional period for written comment on the item\, with or without an additional hearing date\, or they may take additional time to consider the input they have already received without requesting further public input. Any deferred items will be considered for action at a public meeting of the Commission on a future date. \nAfter all scheduled business has been completed and as time allows\, the Business Meeting may be followed by up to one hour of Open Public Comment. DESCRIPTION:Wildlife Photowalks are designed to photograph all kinds of wildlife including birds\, amphibians\, reptiles\, mammals\, insects\, wildflowers\, etc.\, while we learn how to do it well and avoid wildlife photography pitfalls. We discuss technique\, gear\, and essential knowledge about photography and wildlife. A desire to make great wildlife images\, and a good camera and lens are all that’s needed\, though a lens with an effective focal length of at least 200mm to 300mm is very helpful. \nPhotowalks will be at a relaxed paced on flat surfaces. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers. No registration required. This photowalk will start from Rt. 420 parking lot.
