DESCRIPTION:This is a plant sale in three stages!  Read carefully! \nEveryone loves a beautiful garden. But the real beauty is when pretty plants also feed insects\, which are the foundation of life on this planet. \nbiodiversity is a big deal. \nOur survival as a species depends on biodiversity. And the news these days isn’t good: global insect declines\, the loss of three billion North American birds\, and projection that one million species will go extinct within 20 years. \nWe can no longer rely on protected open spaces\, like parks and nature preserves\, to support life on Earth. With 95 percent of the mainland U.S. developed\, our gardens have become essential for sustaining plants\, animals\, and insects. \nInsects are the foundation of our food web. To put it bluntly\, if your garden isn’t feeding insects\, then it’s not working. \nour favorite plants\, available to you. \nThis year’s Stoneleigh Native Plant Sale features more than 300 varieties of our favorite native plants—including more than 100 new offerings. From classic favorites to unique and hard-to-find selections\, you’re bound to find the perfect plant to add beauty and biodiversity to your garden. \nShop online during the month of April\, then pick out your pre-purchased plants on April 25 or April 26 at Stoneleigh. \n\n\n\n\n\ngetting ready\nApril 6 – 10: online plant preview\nPlants will not be available to purchase during this time\, but it’s a great opportunity to browse our selection and learn more about the ecological benefits of each plant. \nApril 10: last day to become a Natural Lands member for Saturday’s members-only online sale\nPlants sell out fast\, and members get first dibs. Join by April 10 to receive your special access code for Saturday’s online \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\npre-ordering your plants\nApril 11: online sale opens for Natural Lands members only\nThe online sale opens at 8:00 AM. All current Natural Lands members get exclusive access to shop one day before the general public. All members will automatically receive an email with the access code needed to enter the plant sale website. No need to sign up or register. \nApril 12: online sale opens for all\nOnline shopping opens for all at 8:00 AM. The online shop will close on April 18 or when sold out. \npicking up your plants\nSaturday\, April 25: pickup day one\nPickup times are offered from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
