In the past few months, Clean Air Council staff have installed over 50 low-cost residential particulate matter monitors in South and Southwest Philadelphia as well as areas of southern Delaware County like Chester, Trainer, and Marcus Hook.

On Monday, March 31st at 6 PM Clean Air Council will host a meeting over Zoom where our current air monitor hosts can share their experiences and others interested in air quality monitoring can learn about our project.

We’re excited to hear from all of the fantastic air monitor hosts we’ve met in the last few months and we’ve already collected some interesting air quality data. Clean Air Council staff will also update attendees regarding recent environmental news, like the introduction of cumulative impacts legislation (H.B. 109) in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
