Meet the Birds of Delaware Valley

The Middletown Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) is sponsoring a Bird Walk in collaboration with the Birding Club of Delaware County (BCDC) on Saturday, March 29, 8–10AM at Longview Park, 742 W Rose Tree Rd, Media 19063. Explore a township green space and get to know the birds in our area. Meet in the East-side parking area, wear sturdy shoes and bring binoculars if you have them. Dress to be outdoors for 2 hours and note that there will not be any restrooms available.

In preparation of the Bird Walk, the BCDC will hold a talk on Thursday, March 27, 6:30PM, at the Roosevelt Community Center, CR #4, 464 S Old Middletown Rd, Media 19063. Learn about resident, migratory, and breeding birds in our region, and discover ways to help protect habitats that sustain birds and wildlife.
