Good Things Come In Trees: The Benefits of a Neighborhood Canopy

March 19 @ 7:00 pm - 7:45 pm EDT

2025 Radnor Township EAC Lecture Series is open to everyone and free of charge

Township trees have numerous benefits, from improving air quality to promoting physical health. In this talk, we’ll examine the broad-picture impacts of a vibrant urban canopy and learn why maintaining this important resource benefits our community.

Join us for a 45 minute presentation by Jennifer Santoro, Villanova University Professor of Environmental Science, followed by Q&As.  Come with questions or submit ahead of time to eac@radnor.org.

Dr. Jennifer Santoro is a forest ecologist and geospatial scientist who has been teaching at Villanova University since 2019
