DRBC Sea Level Rise Report

January 27 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST

The Delaware River is the largest undammed river in the eastern United States and is tidally influenced. Generally, sea level rise is expected to push the salt front – the location where the river is no longer considered fresh water – farther upstream than typically seen today.

Join Delaware River Basin Commission staff to hear about a new report evaluating how sea level rise will affect salinity in the Delaware River and detailing how far upstream salt water or salinity could reach under multiple sea level rise scenarios and flow conditions.
