The Delaware River Basin Commission’s Water Resources Resilience Plan (WRRP) supports management of the Basin’s shared water resources through the known and potential impacts of climate change and other challenges.

The WRRP has 3 phases, each with a public input component. Phase 1 was completed in March 2026 and reflected input from partners and stakeholders to define a consensus-based framework for the plan. Phase 2 will consist of a vulnerability assessment and a gap analysis to identify and prioritize potential actions that can be taken by the DRBC and/or other regional partners to advance resilience of the Basin’s water resources.
