DVRPC’s Public Participation Task Force (PPTF) invites you to a discussion on environmental justice, health, and geography initiatives across various organizational levels.

The PPTF is hosting a public meeting for all community members across DVRPC’s nine-county region to learn about public health initiatives across various government levels. There will be presentations from Amy Verbofsky, Manager, Healthy and Resilient Communities, DVRPC; Liz Compitello, Manager, Office of Sustainable Energy & Climate Initiatives, DVRPC; and J.T. Roane, Assistant Professor of Africana Studies and Geography, Rutgers University. From climate pollution reduction efforts to urban placemaking and community health, attendees will walk away from the meeting with strategies that promote healthier communities across the region.
