The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) invites you to attend its Federal Certification Review public meeting. This meeting welcomes members of the public, partner organizations, and other stakeholders to provide comments to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) certification review panel regarding DVRPC and its role as the metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for the Greater Philadelphia region.

As the MPO, DVRPC is responsible for establishing priorities to meet short-term (next four years) and long-term (20+ years) multimodal transportation needs. The public meeting is an important part of the federal review of DVRPC’s planning methods used to establish these priorities. The federal review process is required every four years.

You are welcome to join this meeting online or in person. Interpretation services and accommodations for individuals with disabilities can be provided to individuals who submit a request at least seven days prior to the public meeting.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 6:00 pm, in person at DVRPC’s offices and online via Zoom.
